ok, im losing weight (about 4 pounds) but this is not what i wanted. I realize im losing fat, but im not increasing muscle probably because im doing cardio exercise and not consuming enough calories. i should also increase my protein intake. im not consuming the 2.2 grams of protein for every pound of weight (210*2.2=462) i dont think thats right, but im only consuming 80--100 a day and that needs to increase. Ive noticed that skinless chicken strips are a great sou...

so i just completed my first week of recorded diet and workouts on this site, and i have to say its been time consuming! Now that i have the hang of it, things should get easier. I've noticed that the choice meal plans offer some good clues as to what sorts of things i could incorporate into my diet, but for now i've pretty much just put the usual things i eat there to see how many calories i've been eating. i'm surprised that i'm not even eating 2000 calories a day; subtractin...
