From the creator: In an effort to prepare for a 5k, I want to challenge others to step up a walking workout to a slow jogging or running pace. Only count miles that were actually completed at a jogging pace. These do not have to be continuously jogged miles! If you do a 3 mile walk/run and run a total of 1.5 miles, log 1.5.
