So... Massive binge on thursday. Today I got back on track though, I just ate a bit this morning, and that was within limits. Chances are I'll fuck up tomorrow too though. I'm going to a close friend's 18th, so chances are I'll exceed my calorie limits just with alcohol and mixers, not counting anything I eat. And since I'm not doing the drinking-without-eating thing again, I will have to eat something. And then once I'm drunk I'll probably eat even more. JOY!

I am so so happy. I managed to balence out my overeating yesterday. One cup of tea, that's all I had today. Five calories of peppermint tea.
I couldn't have done it if I'd gone to college. Chances are I would have gone straight to the supermarket and bought junk food to go home and binge on.
As it is, I am very very happy. It's been quite a while since I managed a day like this. I love it. All I need to do is keep it up. :D
