The time has come to do some serious navel gazing - in a positive and constructive way, of course... My weight has greatly increased in the last few years. I can feel how my body struggles to lug around this 250 lbs. Nearly every day I have some sort of minor ache or pain. Before I end up causing some serious long term damage to this body, I need to give it a good tune up. I need to lose weight to give myself the best chance for a healthy post-middle age.
