Getting it Together

Since getting "back on my feet" I have been keeping quite fit this summer. June has been a hectic month for me. May I was going to the gym A LOT and taking an aerobics class. Then I switched back to my good old fitness center. Now I have a 3-hour/3day/week stats class I'm taking til July. I work 2 part time jobs, one at a nursing home and one doing an ebook and html coding/editing on a website. June has been the hardest month since March for me to exercise, but I manage to do it a decent amount ...

So, two days after my last entry, I fell down a flight of stairs and sprained my ankle severely, and had a removable cast for 2 months. Talk about a morale and self-esteem killer. It changed my life and my views on everything, going back to college on crutches. I didn't gain or lose any weight, but I did lose a lot of tone in my legs and stomach (except for my more dominant leg). I weighed in at somewhere between 132-133 today. I was at the gym yesterday for a long time. I burned 725+ calories in cardio (I always run a little over a mile first, then move to an eliptical of some sort). I did 15 minutes of ab workouts and 15 minutes of lifting- 100 reps for triceps and 100 reps for hip add/abductors. I'd really like to get a stronger back and to not have fat bulge by my armpit where the bra hits. Sat in the sauna, did some stretches (it was empty), for 30 minutes and swe...

I used to be almost 160 pounds BEFORE college. I know, my weightloss isn't of a grand scale, but it's made a huge difference. In high school, it was a challenge to be even 20 pounds overweight. The picture is me just 2 months ago, no makeup, looking goofy, after the gym. Entries after this will be MUCH shorter, simply on diet and exercise, I assure you...This is purely introductory.

Let's start with my family dynamic to back up my story: My mother is morbidly obese.
