Again tried for balance-less fat-usually ate the same breakfast, snacks & lunch. Made general large salad base with romaine , carrots, celery and radishes. Added chopped onions, cukes, & tomatoes and dressed before eating. Used balsamic vinegar & less dressing-added meat & cheese for protein
