I am serioiusly taking off five pounds gained. Started on June 08. I've lost 2.1 pounds in two week. I should be ready to go by July 13th; then, I'll work on the next ten pounds. :)

It's been a long, cold and snowy winter here in New England. I've gained five pounds back. Must lose these again before I set my goal of the "next ten pounds".
It is hard to do because my husband who is more overweight than I am does not watch what he eats and he loves to make brownies. What the heck!! Thank goodness I have a strong willpower.

Okay, I am behind in my goal by a couple of pounds but I am still plugging along. I have lost a total of 15 lbs. There is another 20 to 25 pounds to be removed from these old bones of mine.. It depends on which final goal I feel comfortable in. Most people seem to think for my height (5' 4') 130 lbs is good weight. I think 125 lbs should be my goal. Lost 12.2 lbs. This leave 27.8 or 22.8. Nutrionist said 130 lbs. would be good for me but we'll wait until I get there. Afterwards I'll decide if I want to do the other five pounds.

Lost a total of 11.8 so far--yeah me! One step at a time I'll win this race to a more fit and trim me. :) 28.2 pounds to go! I know I can do this. Just need to stick with this plan.

Four weeks and five pounds gone. Weight loss has slowed a bit. I expected this to happen. About l.25 lbs per week is a good average for someone with my weight loss goal; namely, 40 pounds. I've lost a total of ten pounds since starting Fit Click. Took a long vacation from this site and gained five pounds. Now I am starting on the next five pounds. Small goals make big progress.

Two weeks and I've lost four pounds. If I can keep this up, I'll lower my LDL numbers in no time. Watching the belly measurement. I'm 7" from being at the high end.:( I long for the days of size 9 again. I am only three sizes and 30 pounds away. Can't wait to see the light in the tunnel.
Saw a nutritionist today. She gave me a lot of pointers. I plan to follow whatever I can and develop a new lifestyle.

This is the eleventh day of following a plant food habit (I hate to use the word diet). It is said, after three weeks (21 days) any routine becomes a habit. So I have ten more days to have a new habit. I've lost a total of 4.8 pounds in eleven days. Here's to lower LDL cholesterol numbers and perhaps a lighter me. :)
