A minor set back of a nice chest cold has put a slight damper on my spirit, but I am going to stick to this. Since I am just starting on an exercise routine I am only working out every other day as to not injur myself, so thankfully this is a down day for me. Hopefully this cold will be at bay by tomorrow, but if it isn't, I refuse to let it keep me down. I will still get up and walk at least 30
