I havent blogged since june 6, so hey to all yall out ther still dieting Ive had a really depressing month I only lost 3 stinking pounds, 3.... that totally sucks and ive even been going to the gym walking 45 min on the treadmill 3/4 nights a week.Iknow that i'm not eating correctly,but the walking should have helped some, right???? wrong....all this dieting is depressing me which causing me to over eat,which causes more depression,which causes more eating, well you get the

time to head back to the gym,i can't wait . I actually missed it over the weekend. I won't go when all the skinny girls or the guys are there so it really works out for me at night...I'm going to focus on my cardio training and try to lengthen my time on the exercises another biggy I have a problem with is totally giving up my dr. pepper... I'm hooked, bad,all week long I can make do with one a day ,then on the weekends I blow it. I drink aton of water,and zero calarie flavored water,...

wow,my first three days(nights) at the snap/fitness center, and I really am enjoying it more than I thought I would.I started out tuesday night only able to do 10 minutes on treadmill ,and by thursday I'm up to 45 minutes. even after my 10 hour shift at work, I still hit the gym. someone should have told me sooner that I would love it and feel much better......

I'm just not feeling it today! I've decided to do the lap band procedure because I have done this dieting thing over and over . I'm never gonna succeed ,and this is a much healthier way as opposed to gastric bypass. you don't lose the weight as fast and as drastic, therefore you can still do exercises to help with weight loss. I'm not giving up .I still have to stay on my dieting until my surgery sometime around November. I hope I 'm making ...

finally, after three weeks, I stayed on my diet.....It was really hard to stay on track,hopefully it will start showing.I'm not very good at discipline myself. I hope I can continue plus try to add more exercise to my day. I realize this isn't a big thing to some people but for me its a start!!!!

can't remember how to put my exercise down.I only do about 10-15 min three nights a week I have a gazelle . I dont know if they help you lose anything or not and I don't know if they burn any calories or fat I pull up exercise tracker and all I can get it to do is bring up the screen of exercises,so I just give up trying to record it for the nights I do it. my knowledge of the computer is very limited, I'm lucky I got this far. maybe someone can tell me a simple way ...
