Okay so have been fairly busy with work and things so haven't been on in a few weeks but I have kept up with my workout routine for the most part. I was sick last week so Saturday and Sunday I did nothing and believe me did I ever pay for it!! Starting back up on Monday was horrible but made me feel like I was getting back in the game. Over the weekend my wonderful husband started in on myself and my workout partner about how EASY working out was and that he didn't know ...

Okay so yesterday was our first weigh in as a workout group. I must say it went rather well. I am down 4lbs and 2"!!! I was so proud! Everyone in the group saw results ( one of the girls was sick so didn't come but everyone who weighed in saw results.) I think it was great that we saw results in varying degrees - it was nice to see that the plan was working for everyone even though we all have different body types. Happy to see the hard work is paying off - lets hope it ...

Okay so I didn't end up starting on Monday like I said I would - the girls that were supposed to come and work out with me didn't have the energy after eating our turkey dinners to make it, however we did start on Tuesday and have followed our workout plan to the "T" up to this point. I find that for myself if I start to work out than I want to eat better because every time I look at food that isn't the healthiest option my body yells at me...
