I am so excited! I'm going to do some kick boxing! I don't know how it will be or how much to expect, after doing Insanity by Shaun T, I hope it isn't as intense but fat burning. God is so good! I needed something to take the stress off during the day, and I have my Insanity to take the days stress off by night. I will definitely tell you guys how it is and if it's worth it!

Day 5 HCG/Day 4 Insanity by Shaun T

HCG: Hcg has the most nastiest taste in the world! After taking it this 4th day, I realized I cannot stand the taste! I know I am supposed to wait 30 mins. to eat, but I just nibble on something sweet to dull the disgusting taste! I don't nibble too much just a few crumbs of sweet goodness. So far so good, the whole 500 calorie/day intake is something I'll have to wait to do. Maybe when my kids are older and independent. INSANITY: This workout program is so awesome! I'm so much lighter on my f...

Day 4 HCG/ DAY 2 and 3 Insanity by Shaun T

I didn't take the HCG like I was supposed to this day, I took it once 10 drops, but I forgot the rest of the day, because my kids had me running around the house. So, by the end of the day I had to do my nightly cleaning after my hurricane children. I was exhausted so I took the drops that I missed back to back. I was drowsy, but instantly I felt this artificial awakening feeling, similar to caffine. I was a my hunger peak, since I am counting my calories and I don't eat after 8 pm unless I work...

Day 2 on HCG

This is an interesting diet, you are only supposed to do light exercise and consume 500 calories/day. Yet, I cannot eat so little calories, I am also doing the Insanity program 60 day challenge and it is so fun and very challenging. HCG gives you a full feeling even while your stomach is growling. Your stomach gets to that point because you feel full. That's probably why this diet recommends to drink 1 gallon of water/day. Most likely to stay "full" all day. If you move around too much, even goi...

I decided to quit being a punk and do Insanity. I just did the fitness test and I did okay, better than I thought. I am not that out of shape, I have for a couple months been doing light exercises so I could get into shape, I also recently quit smoking only by the Lord's grace. I counted my heartbeat per minute tonight and I was at 80 beats/min. I don't remember the last time my heart rate was so low, my hubby's heart rate is 60 beats/min. so it's pretty good I guess. My heart rate used to me no...

Day 1 on HCG

So yeah, I know, the HCG diet program is a very degraded program, because it encourages you to eat 500 calories/day. Well, I am going to be one who will try this and review it as the days go on. In the instructions, it says Day 1 eat all day and try to stay full, doing the daily recommended doses. I think I know why it says to do this the first and/or second day(s). Prior to this diet, I haven't ate until full for months, to gorge today was an unexpected extremely full feeling, plus the drops ...

Starting a weight loss program. It may not be the healthiest in the world, but I know my body type so this is all I can do. A little background history: My mother's side of my family have had major issues with obesity. My father's side is the same, so I got the low metabolism, lose lose gene. Growing up I was called butterball and all kinds of fat kid joke names. When I was a teen, the highest in weight I have ever reached was 180, but living in a small city were the fattest chick weighed 150, I...
