Most poeple respond to weight gain by starting a low calorie diet. Without exercise, a diet may be inefective and actually increase the amount of fat your body is likely to store. About 25% of weight lost from a low calorie diet is lean muscle tissue leading to a slower metabolism. Over 90% of those who begin a low calorie diet without exercise, gain back more weight than they started. Treating Injuries

If you injure yourself during training, follow the four steps of rest, ice, compression and elevation otherwise know as rice.
Rest:give the injured area sufficient rest before training again.
Ice:apply a cold compress to the area to reduce swelling.
Compression:apply pressure to the area.
Elevation:if the area is an extremity,hand,foot,ect. elevate the area.
