These are acutally done a little different then listed. Do the first three excersies in a triad with no rest between excersises. For weeks 1-4 do 12-15 reps and for weeks 8-12 do 12 reps. After completing all three exercisdes, rest 90 seconds, and repeat one or two times, for a total of two or three sets of each exercise. Then rest 90 seconds and begin the next three exercises.

Day 1 and Day 3: Repeat twice. Day 5: Do full cycle. Day 2, 4: 45 minutes of Interval Cardio. Day 6: Hiking, or other activity. Day 7: Full rest. Remember to do a weight light enough to be able to get to 16, 17 reps but heavy enough to near failure at 20 reps. Have fun, and good luck! Message me for any questions!
